ZC型機(ji)械回轉(zhuan)反吹(chui)扁(bian)袋除塵器工作原理
過濾工(gong)況—含(han)塵氣流由切向(xiang)進入過濾室(shi)上部空(kong)間,由於(wu)入口為蝸殼型。大(da)顆粒及凝(ning)聚(ju)塵粒在(zai)(zai)離心(xin)力作用下沿筒(tong)壁(bi)旋落灰(hui)斗。小(xiao)顆粒塵彌散(san)于過濾室(shi)袋間空(kong)隙從而被除塵濾袋阻留(liu)。粘附在(zai)(zai)濾袋外(wai)層,凈化(hua)空(kong)氣透(tou)過濾壁(bi)經花板上濾袋導(dao)口匯集于清潔室(shi),由通風機(ji)吸(xi)出而排放于大(da)氣中。
工況—隨著過濾(lv)工況的進(jin)行,阻(zu)留粉塵逐漸增厚因而濾(lv)袋(dai)(dai)(dai)阻(zu)力(li)逐漸增加。當達到反(fan)(fan)(fan)吹(chui)(chui)風(feng)控制阻(zu)力(li)上限(xian)時,根據需(xu)要可以手動(dong)開啟反(fan)(fan)(fan)吹(chui)(chui)風(feng)機(ji),也(ye)可由差(cha)壓(ya)變送器(qi)發出訊號自動(dong)啟動(dong)反(fan)(fan)(fan)吹(chui)(chui)風(feng)機(ji)及反(fan)(fan)(fan)吹(chui)(chui)風(feng)旋臂傳動(dong)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)進(jin)行反(fan)(fan)(fan)吹(chui)(chui)。自控裝置(zhi)我公司也(ye)可以配套(tao)提供(gong)。具有足夠動(dong)量的反(fan)(fan)(fan)吹(chui)(chui)風(feng)氣流由旋臂噴口(kou)吹(chui)(chui)入除塵濾(lv)袋(dai)(dai)(dai)導口(kou),阻(zu)擋(dang)過濾(lv)氣流并改變袋(dai)(dai)(dai)內壓(ya)力(li)工況,引起濾(lv)袋(dai)(dai)(dai)實質性振擊,抖落積塵。旋臂分圈逐個反(fan)(fan)(fan)吹(chui)(chui)。當濾(lv)袋(dai)(dai)(dai)阻(zu)力(li)降到下限(xian)時,反(fan)(fan)(fan)吹(chui)(chui)風(feng)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)手動(dong)關閉或自動(dong)停(ting)止工作,為(wei)節約反(fan)(fan)(fan)吹(chui)(chui)風(feng)機(ji)動(dong)力(li),減少反(fan)(fan)(fan)吹(chui)(chui)風(feng)量對(dui)于三、四圈(即144ZC—Ⅱ 20ZC—型(xing))布袋(dai)(dai)(dai)除塵器(qi)設有分圈反(fan)(fan)(fan)吹(chui)(chui)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)使每次只反(fan)(fan)(fan)吹(chui)(chui)一個濾(lv)袋(dai)(dai)(dai)。
ZC-Ⅱ型(xing)機械回轉袋式除塵器采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)圓形體結構受(shou)力均勻,抗(kang)爆性能好,結構緊湊,采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)高(gao)壓風機反(fan)吹清(qing)灰,不受(shou)氣(qi)源條(tiao)件限制,利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)阻(zu)力自動控(kong)制反(fan)吹清(qing)灰節約延長布(bu)袋使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong),嚴寒(han)地區室內(nei)安裝其它地區都能在(zai)室外安裝,可廣泛用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于機械、鑄造、礦山、冶(ye)煉(lian)、建(jian)材、糧食(shi)化工等許多部門。用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶選用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)應注意(yi)對溫(wen)度高(gao),濃度大,顆粒細的粉塵應選用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)A型(xing),反(fan)之用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)B型(xing)為(wei)宜,如濃度大于15克(ke)/米3前面應加旋風除塵器。

特點
1、殼體旋(xuan)風(feng)除塵器流型設計,能起局(ju)部旋(xuan)風(feng)作用,減輕濾袋負荷。圓筒拱(gong)頂(ding)的體形(xing),受力(li)均(jun)勻,抗爆性能好。
2、不受使用(yong)場(chang)合氣源條件的限制(zhi),易損件少,維護方便,運行。克(ke)服了壓縮空氣脈沖(chong)清灰(hui)的作弊病。反吹(chui)風作用(yong)距離大,可采用(yong)長濾(lv)袋,充分利用(yong)空間,占(zhan)地面(mian)積(ji)小(xiao)。
3、采用(yong)梯(ti)形扁袋(dai)在圓筒體(ti)內布置,結構簡(jian)單、緊湊,提高了濾袋(dai)使用(yong)壽命。
